For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

As we journey through Holy Week which started last Sunday (Palm Sunday) these words, spoken to Nicodemus over 2000 years ago take us to the source of Christ’s passion.  Love.
As he set his face to Jerusalem, with increasing understanding of what was to come he was propelled by love. Love for all of his creation, the world and all that is in it. Love for you and I.
Whether you are travelling this Easter Weekend or joining us for the Good Friday Stations or Easter Sunday Service let us give pause this weekend and reflect on this love.  Let us respond in worship and adoration. Let us set our face on him who, in sacrificial love, revealed Himself to us and called us children of God.
